Product Designer

Our mission is to help architects communicate their projects, by enabling them to create high-quality visualizations with ease.

We are developing a web-based application for architects to generate visualizations of their 3D-models in a matter of minutes, with the help of the latest AI technology. Our application speeds up design workflows and makes high-quality visualizations available for a wider audience.

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and our revenue already doubled in 2025. We have customers in over 80 different countries, who collectively have generated over 4 million visualizations on our platform since the company was established in 2023.

We raised €700,000 earlier this year from leading Nordic investors to further build towards our mission and we are now recruiting for talented individuals who want to challenge the status quo and reinvent how architects and industry professionals communicate their designs.

As an early hire, you will serve as a cornerstone of the company and you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills and take on greater responsibility as the company grows. You will also be able to partake in important decisions that significantly impact the company's future.

As a product-led growth company, product design is at the heart of our development processes. Your work will be an essential part of delivering value and helping hundreds of users achieve their goals every day. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our entire team to shape how Visoid feels, works and looks like. You will take the lead in designing seamless, user-friendly interfaces and interactions that enable users to create value effortlessly.

As the Product Designer at Visoid, you will:

• Be responsible for the user interface: Own, analyse, design and continuously improve the UX and UI of the Visoid application.

• Design: Be hands-on, designing features in the application by working on flows, prototypes, low- and high fidelity visuals.

• Be part of a cross-functional team: Work closely with the whole team to contribute to the development of the application.

• Influence the product strategy: Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making process related to the product direction.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with product and UX design.

• Professional experience working in fast-paced startups/scale-ups or product-led growth companies with shifting priorities.

• Professional experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating directly with software developers.

• Passion for creating applications that users love.

• Good design skills.

• An ability to get things done, even with incomplete information or evolving constraints.

• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

• Interest in exploring new and novel ways to speed up the product design process by utilizing AI.

• Experience in user research and talking to users to identify key challenges and potential improvements.

Optional qualifications

• Experience or interest in design, architecture or other creative fields.

• Experience in designing complex creative or technical tools, such as image-, video editing or 3D/CAD software.

• Experience with 3D design tools such as Sketchup, 3ds max or similar.

• Advanced degree or certifications in UX, UI, architecture or other design-related education.

• Knowledge of how generative AI is currently used in the creative space.

Note: We prioritize candidates that either are already located in Oslo or who have an existing right to work in Norway and are willing to relocate to Oslo.

Compensation and equity

We offer a competitive salary, adjusted for early-stage growth companies. The salary range for this position is 650,000NOK - 900,000NOK (€55,000-€80,000) depending on experience and background.
